Supporting a Global Learning Needs Analysis — HSBC (with EY)

HSBC commissioned a global Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) for its Financial Crime programme, covering 80,000+ employees. EY led the analysis, working alongside HSBC’s internal L&D and compliance teams.

As part of the project team, we supported both EY and HSBC to execute the LNA — including managing learner surveys (20,000+ respondents), facilitating stakeholder interviews, and contributing to workshops. We ensured the analysis process was smooth, aligned, and connected to strategic outcomes.

We helped the internal and external teams gather rich, relevant insights that shaped a detailed LNA report. The recommendations informed future RFPs and strategic investments in learning.

  • Contributed to analysis design and execution at scale
  • Bridged communication between internal and external teams
  • Enabled smooth delivery of a high-stakes, global project

Leading a Compliance Learning Programme — HSBC

HSBC needed to launch a financial crime compliance programme for high-risk roles across 50+ markets — supporting its ESG strategy and strengthening integrity in daily decision-making.

We led the programme on behalf of the internal L&D team — working closely with subject matter experts and external vendors. We oversaw the design, review, and delivery of tailored e-learning modules, integrating case studies and adaptive assessments to increase relevance and efficiency.

Proficient learners experienced up to 57% shorter learning journeys, while content quality and alignment improved across regions. We helped ensure a timely, relevant, and high-impact rollout.

Reimagining Digital Marketing Learning — Haleon

Haleon’s marketing team needed to repurpose their training materials and integrate them into a new Learning Experience Platform (LXP), without disrupting work or overwhelming employees.

We repurposed existing content into engaging micro-learning assets — including short videos, visual explainers, and how-to guides. We also designed branded learning materials and platform content to help internal teams scale future development.

The marketing team gained access to bite-sized, high-impact learning content. Our visual design support and internal enablement helped Haleon foster a self-directed learning culture — one that aligned with modern workflows.
