Turn learning into measurable business results with confidence
A 4-month cohort to help you connect business outcomes to learning and drive tangible results.
March - June 2026
L&D is under pressure to prove its value. You’re not alone. Everywhere, teams are being asked:
“What difference is learning actually making?”
This programme helps you answer it with clarity and confidence; aligning business, people, and performance.
Want to be the L&D leader who can say: “Here’s the impact we made”?
What You'll Be Able to Do:
Inside this programme, you’ll gain the tools and confidence to:
Align learning with business goals
Tie every initiative to a named KPI and owner.
Identify the high-impact behaviours
Spot the everyday actions that drive performance, and shape them intentionally.
Co-create meaningful partnerships with stakeholders
Work collaboratively to align on priorities, build trust, and turn learning into a shared driver of business success.
Turn insights into action
Translate data into practical initiatives that drive momentum, not just more reports.
Demonstrate the value of learning
Design a simple, robust measurement plan that shows the real return on your work.
Be recognised as a strategic partner
Speak the language of the business with confidence.
One of the most interesting takeaways for me as an L&D professional was thinking about the questions – “What do they [our people] have to do? & why aren’t they doing it?”
This has really stuck with me – such a simple way to frame how we view learning priorities & get our senior managers within organisations to really think about the problem they are trying to solve. This is a really transformative way to consider how we move away from a world of “organise this training for me”.

Start 2026 with a clear impact roadmap
In today’s climate, L&D teams are often asked to do more with less, and one area that frequently slips down the priority list is evaluation. But as Houra highlighted, initiatives rarely fail because measurement at the end is difficult; they fail because outcomes weren’t clearly defined at the start. This was such a valuable reminder: success in L&D depends on laying the right foundations and having a clear plan for achieving the outcomes we want.
What I appreciated most about the session was its practicality. Rather than painting an unattainable “ideal state”, the discussion focused on simple, actionable steps that any organisation can take to drive behaviour change as a core outcome. It was insightful, relevant, and immediately applicable.
