Financial crime learning analysis

Challenge

Our client, a global financial institution, needed to conduct a comprehensive Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) for their Financial Crime learning programme impacting over 80,000 employees worldwide. This programme is critical for combating financial crime and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Solution

We worked closely with the internal team partnering with an external consultancy to perform a holistic analysis. This was done through surveys of 20,000 learners, interviews with senior stakeholders, and workshops with key stakeholders. We supported the LNA efforts ensuring alignment with business strategic outcomes. This approach identified future skill gaps to optimise the Financial Crime learning experience.

Result

The external consultancy produced an LNA report with actionable recommendations for future learning solutions. The analysis provided a robust basis for future RFPs, facilitating the selection of the most effective learning solutions, ensuring the organisation is equipped to address evolving financial crime threats.
