The marketing team at a global consumer healthcare company needed to repurpose existing training materials and integrate them into a new Learning Experience Platform (LXP) as part of a broader digital learning transformation.

 

The challenge was to modernise legacy content while ensuring the transition did not disrupt day-to-day work or overwhelm employees. The goal was to create learning that fit naturally into modern workflows while supporting continuous capability development.
